Where are your products made?

We hand-make our products in Australia in small batches to maintain freshness and avoid waste.
Do you use natural ingredients?

Yes, our Hair & Scalp Oil is made with 100% natural ingredients, with no preservatives, parabens or preservatives added.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. Our suppliers are carefully selected with this in mind.
I have a tree-nut allergy, can I use your products?

We pride ourselves on being a completely tree-nut-free cosmetics company, we understand that nut allergies are very common and we want as many people to enjoy our products as possible. 🥜 Please note: Whilst we make our products in a tree-nut-free environment, and we don't have nuts in products listed as ingredients, our ingredients are sourced from a place where we can't 100% guarantee contact with nuts.
Can I use your Hair & Scalp Oil while pregnant or breast-feeding?

Due to the fact that we use essential oils, we always suggest speaking to your doctor before use of any new products during pregnancy or breast feeding.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?

We work with local, Australian suppliers to source all of our ingredients. We seek to use as many Australian-grown ingredients as we can, however, sometimes ingredients may not be available locally. Our suppliers source ingredients from other countries ensuring that they are made with the highest standards. It's important to us that our products contain all the ingredients needed to help make our products work to the best they can.
I think I've had an allergic reaction, what do I do?

We always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours prior to use. If you believe you've had a reaction, please take a photo and send it over to hello@sundara.beauty. If this is provided within 14 days of purchase, we will be happy to find a resolution to this. Please note, a tingling sensation is normal due to the use of peppermint in our Hair & Scalp Oil
What's the shelf life of your Hair & Scalp Oil?

Our Hair & Scalp Oil has a shelf life of 12 months. Please keep it out of direct sunlight and at room temperature to ensure it lasts this long.
How long do I keep my Hair & Scalp Oil on my hair for?

We recommend keeping your hair oil on for at least an hour and no more than 3 hours.
Can I keep my Hair & Scalp Oil on overnight?

We recommend having your Hair & Scalp Oil on for no longer than 3 hours. Leaving oil on your hair for too long can cause product build-up on your scalp. It may also clog your pores.
How often shall I use the Hair & Scalp Oil?

We recommend no more than 1-2 times a week.
